Once I paid for the stock they don't care about the delivery. Customer need to contact them and ask when will it be delivered.Customer is not working for them.

Went in for some prices on what I need to make my current kitchen workable before it's refitted in a couple of months, saw a good price on a mandolin, the lovely girl at the front desk couldn't ring it up, turns out the price on the display was for a special that had ended. Manager refused to honor the displayed price even though it had no original packaging. You lost a long time loyal customer today who who even stayed with you through the move and was about to buy all his new equipment from you.I won't be back.

I spent a whole $4.95 at Nisbets and wished I could have spent much more. The service and friendliness of the young lady on the counter was a credit to herself, her employers and the shop. She looked up information, gave me addresses and phone numbers of places that may be able to help me and acted like I was the most important person in the world. Could not ask fro more.

Peyton served me, she extremely helpful and pleasant. Prices are good, so was quality.

I bought a ride on toy car ,ordered on the 5 th June. Waiting for almost three weeks,finally I got that. I opened the box,it is a faulty product.A car without the rear alxe. I contacted with the customer service,calling(no one answered always from Monday to Friday)mailing(Yes, someone replied.Nearly one week reply once.Moreover,that can’t settle the problem.)The toy car is lying in my storage.My son is disappointing. I thought to exchange or return and refund.No one to reply my email or message any more.Please never buy things on this website.The price seems good but the service and delivery is really poor.I will sent the warning message again and again until my problem dealt.That is the only way I can do .
