Dr. Trong very excellent at his skills. Many effective exercises to increase the range of the movement of my son's hip, shoulder, Loose his low back and Glutes. Reasonable reschedule appointment period. My son broken left ankle annoying pain( almost 2 years) is cured by him.

This Place is the best ever. Very nice staff. Trong is the best Physiotherapist I have ever had, he is very sincere and he tries his best to give away all his knowledge about your case so you could avoid having it in future. Highly recommended Balance Physiotherapy. Paul is absolutely amazing, I had never been to a physio before but he definitely takes the time to make you comfortable and shows absolute care during treatment. He also spends the time to take you through various exercises to aid in recovery and had a variety of flexiblity in booking times which can work around personal & work commitments.

I initially chose to come to this place based on the five star google reviews. I’ve been taking my mum to see Trong for her left foot and hand injuries afew times now. And I’ve got to say that Trong is one of the best medical practitioners I have ever seen. We have absolutely enjoyed coming in for treatment. A big thank you to Trong for his great skills and knowledge, and most importantly, a very kind heart.

I cant recommend Trong highly enough. i have been to many other physio clinics over the years and Trong was very helpful with the treatment. I had back pain and Trong was the best therapist i have dealt with and all staff are extremely professional. Would highly recommend.

I have been seeing Paul for about a year for rehabilitation after knee surgery. I have been really happy with the the care and practical exercises, training program and massage when required. Easy location and great selection of times, especially after work options as I have to get back from the city. I will be continuing to use Balance Physiotherapy if I need anything done in the future!

11/10! I could not recommend this physio centre any higher, from their exceptional services to long-term dedication and care. I've been seeing Paul for the past year+, and never been more satisfied nor pleased. He's helped me build my leg that was involved in a severe accident to being BETTER than how it was. His day-to-day commitment and passion is like no other and even though I've moved residencies, it's worth the 45 minute drive to see him twice a week! Hands down one of the best physiotherapist and physio centre in VIC. Thank you very much for helping me on my journey of strength and getting me better back on my feet, so much happier in life too.
