Literally every single time I order food is forgotten, drink is not right, no sauce ect. (Which has been the last 4 or 5 times in a row + others) Generally it is delivery so I can't do much once it has been delivered. Anytime I do go to the restaurant some staff are rude and it can be slow even with few orders. I just don't get how it's so hard to get an order right. It's really frustrating cause I do enjoy a Maccas once in a while but might be time to find other options...

Absolutely filthy child change facilities, not been cleaned in a long time. Challenged the manager Jacob, his excuse was he had just arrived… no answers or solutions, Jacob probably needs a new career. Don’t visit unless desperate. Had to change my child elsewhere. So can only imagine the standards elsewhere in the building.

9 months of pregnancy and my husband banned me from mayonnaise so I was pumped to finally enjoy a mcchicken meal eaten the way God intended. Whilst the burger was glorious the chips were hard, over cooked and stale, very disappointing

Forgot all our sauce that we order for our Mc nuggets. Filled the coke half way, I wanted sprite but they end up giving water. Horrible

I get sometimes it might be hard to make evertyhing fresh and have it be perfect, but surely when i order something at 2am in the morning for a midnight snack i can expect it to be fresh and not some chicken that has been sitting there for longer than it should be. You cannot tell me the food i just got was fresh! It was dry, stiff, hard.... yuck! took two bites and was done.

Ordered a frappe and waited for at least 10 minutes before receiving a half filled frappe. I asked the girl to fill it up as I asked for a large. All she did was add extra cream on top and gave it back to me and asked if this was better?I asked and paid for a large. I asked to see the manager and showed him what I had received. I finally got the order I asked and paid for.

Ok McDonalds, sometimes a little slow and busy. Sometimes food is poorly put together and for some reason they always give food in takeaway bags even if you order to dine in.
