Girl with the pink hair and stretches was extremely rude after her staff had put our entire order through incorrectly even though it was repeated twice, forgot multiple products in our order after waiting 15 minutes then told we had to pay for the things they had forgotten? Also remade my grande iced latte cause they made it a tall and now I have a cup or milk and caramel? Cheers guys, have more respect for your customers cause this store never fails to be a disappoint

Ordered coffees here on 2 occasions. Both times orders were not correct. Honestly not hard to read a docket. Charged for extra shots and get no coffee. Plus very slow service in the mornings expect to wait over 20mins in the mornings. Perhaps a few tips on things can be learnt from the Upper coomera branch is in need.Update: Final straw. The coffee here is just bad. Burnt coffee, burnt milk. Terrible. Do not support this store.

Drink was great, open club had hardly any chicken on it. It was mostly just buttered ciabatta. EDIT: Open clubs are much better now. I go to this Zarraffas every week.

I overheard workplace bullying in the drive through. An Indian woman was speaking to other staff like a dog. Unprofessional and unpleasant and untrainable.

This establishment should be shut down IMMEDIATELY. I have heard from multiple employees that work there that they get overworked, the bosses here speak terribly to their employees, and i have just heard straight from 3 employees that they don't get rest breaks WHICH IS ILLEGAL!, they only get a break if they work over 6 hours and 30 minutes. This is absolutely ridiculous as it is highly illegal. It's dangerous for all employees not to have rest breaks. It's the LAW for all employees to have a rest break after 4/ 4 and a half hours. They treat their employees like absolute rubbish and this has gone too far. If anyone knows how i can get in contact with a health organisation to report this, please reply to this. This is so dangerous and needs to be fixed ASAP.
