Not impressed at all. After initial contact, sent through all the information to make an order, heard nothing for a month - then when I followed up, spoke to the owner who was dismissive and declined the work. Guess they decided we weren't worth notifying at any point in the 4 weeks prior to that point. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

Nadine was so helpful and fast with giving me a quote. The communication and consideration I received was impeccable and I felt like I was talking to a friend, not a robot like the other companies I contacted. The team did a fantastic job printing, it was everything I wanted! I'll definitely use them again.

We used James for quite a while, products were always good and things went pretty well. Recently he has ignored us, been extremely rude, kept money for a product we never received for several months, he told us to “send an invoice” instead of him refunding us, this still has not been paid or refunded, he then left our other items that we ordered 3 months prior at the embroider and told us to collect them. After spending thousands with Voyager on work uniforms and recommending them to multiple people I will never spend another dollar with them.

James and his team do an excellent job with our uniform which we order fairly consistently (every 10-12weeks). The quality of work is at an excellent standard. The time turn around is always very reasonable and they are always quick to communicate and respond in regards to orders. We are extremely happy with quality and efficiency of their product and service!
