Great water, so pure and fresh! I Love that this company is an indigenous owned comapany, giving back to out communities and looking after the land. Well done guys!

Had the water cooler delivered fast, and the Delivery guy - I believe joint owner, was good to deal with. This water does taste much better then the bottles of water we were buying from Woolworths. You definitely won't be touching tap water again, with this crisp, fresh tasting water around.

Been using these guys for our house (counter top unit rental), and can't fault them. The text system for refills works great, bottles always turn up on the day expected and once they went out of their way on a random day and got 3 bottles to me when I had forgotten to order. 10/10

ZeRO STARS absolutely ridiculous!! This is the second time but worse !! I placed a order over a week ago still no shipping notice no water nothing. I attempted to make contact 4 days ago . No reply until the next day which was someone telling me that someone else would handle it that morning . YES OF COURSE NOTHING WAS FOLLOWED UP OR I WASNT CONTACTED. SO AFTER 4 DAYS I SENT ABOTHER MESSAGE YESTERDAY ASKING FOR A REFUND AS THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE ITS STUFFED ME AROUND ALOT. I WOULD'VE JUST ORDERED FROM ANOTHER COMPANY . Still haven't heard anything have sent another email tonight requesting a refund however I feel like like ill be following this up for awhile. I will never make a order with them again and make sure others don't either . This is perplexing to me how they are still operating.

Ordered a hot and cold dispenser on Saturday, and Tuesday morning it has been delivered by Hayden from Waddi Springs. Amazing communication, fast service and friendly team. Also love the dispenser, haven’t been able to stomach tap water for years, and finally bit the bullet to order one of these, so glad that I found Waddi Springs to get me set up! Super happy, and I highly recommend their services!

This company deserve 0 star. I ordered 8 water bottles on 1st August. Nothing was delivered until 14th August. On 15th August, in the morning I made 2 phone calls asking, they said they would follow up and call me back. No one called back, so I had to call again in the afternoon. They said they would definitely deliver on the next day, i.e. 16th August. Nothing happened until 18th, so I called again, they said they would deliver within the day. And again, nothing came. So my staff members did not have drinking water for almost 2 weeks. I have just called and asked for cancellation and see how they process this. I am not sure how they can run a business like this.

If I could give these guys zero stars I would. Three deliveries booked in, not one of them ever arrived. Followed them up and excuses were 'driver ran out of water' and 'it was scheduled but it's been changed' - yet no notification or follow up is ever provided. Customer service is useless.

Very friendly staff. The delivery is always on time and they give excellent service.
