Once again the food I ordered was taken by a sullen faced man more eager to shut then serve, the lady manager was clearly annoyed by customers wishing to eat, openly announcing there is no food, the kitchen is shut rather then even try assist an elderly couple... The sandwich was bland, hard and overpriced... I won't bother wasting my money here again.

Very nice and comfortable cafe! I sat here for a peaceful break and the environment is super relaxing. I was here of peak so I was able to enjoy the tranquility with my latte. The plants and decorations at the cafe gave it extra vibe.The latte is quite special too. The inverted latte art is not what I see all the time and that was a small pleasant surprise.If I have my favourite book with me I can sit here for a few hours. I would come back again and would recommend the place.

Another local gem hidden away in Cleveland, I'm never disappointed with what I order or the great service from the staff. Breakfast is fantastic. the price is a little high, and merlo coffee is served here.Either park on the street or in the small carpark next street entrance. Be aware people reserve tables, so check seating as you walk in.

We enjoyed a nice BLT & fries. Lovely crispy fries & the blt tasted great too. Will have again. Just felt like a little something to eat so we shared the meal. Nice place to get a coffee & meal. Inside & outside seating with parking on the street or in the carpark.

Really great staff, the service and location was perfect.Just be aware that you get only the basics with your order. If you want some decent bread for example ( other than the cheap ordinary slice of toast) you will be charged extra.

The staff at this cafe would have to be the most depressing and negative people I have ever come across in hospitality.From the senior person in the kitchen (I think she is the owner) to the junior staff that are hired.None of them even look like they want to be there.Hospitality and cafe's are about making people feel good, not making them depressed with negative staff who show little care

I always seem to end up at the Cleveland laundromat when this inconspicuous little cafe is closing. So today I was elated to realise I'd arrived early. I'd often wondered why it was so busy, and how the hell had it survived the Covid crush so many small businesses had gone under for! But as soon as I stepped inside all became clear. With a wide selection of sweet and savoury pastries, beautifully served with decorative presentations, comfortable booths, inside and outside dining plus the very efficient and friendly staff who know how to make a delicious coffee or chai, I'm definitely coming back. After all it's little gems like this that put the fun back in doing the laundry!

Heaps of seating. Nice vibe and lots of parking too. There were lots of treats, cakes, slices and cookies available including some gluten free options. Our 2 Coffees took a while to be made but served at the table. Two medium coffees and two kids milk shakes cost $22 which felt like a lot given the small size of the milk shakes. Coffee tasted butter and was super hot. :(

We got moved in the middle of our meal because the staff forgot to put out a reserved sign on the outdoor table and chairs we wanted. The kicker: it was reserved for the Cafe's boss, yes, paying customers got moved mid meal so the boss could have his regular seat when the place was pretty much empty. Pathetic. Breakfast menu is pretty standard and expensive, rest of the menu is average. At least they have a good range of food. Go there in a pinch, but don't expect much.
