I have tried to contact Mynd via email and instagram multiple times for weeks to cancel my order. Immediately after ordering I tried to cancel as I realised it was click and collect rather than postage. I ended up down at the Mornington Peninsula so thought rather than cancelling I'd pick up my order today and I went to the store just before 2.30pm but it was closed even though on Google it states that your trading hours are 10am -4pm. There was also no phone number to call and confirm with before arriving.I kept recieving someone elses order confirmation too which was very annoying and a breach of their privacy as it had their full name and address on it.At this point I'd really just like a refund of my order as I will not be able to come back down to pick it up.

Mynd has the most beautiful products if you’re looking for homewares for your house or gifts. Highly recommend!

I have been shopping in store and online for many years at Mynd Interiors! Absolutely love their home wares and have always experienced fantastic customer service and communication from all staff. Shipping times have always been prompt and accurate with what is advertised. Will definitely continue to purchase from this beautiful store.

We loved our experience with Mynd. We live rurally and were after a couple of framed prints for our home, having followed Mynd for some time now, I contacted Sarah hoping we could manage with photos and measurements. Sarah was brilliant and we are beyond happy with our pieces. We’ve had several comments of how well they suit our home and we look forward to adding further purchases from Mynd. Thank you!!

Perhaps be cautious of buying anything online from Mynd, it may be better to view the item in person. Especially on sale stock that can't be refunded or exchanged. They are very clear on their terms and conditions (before you buy), but I found their sale stock advertised on Instagram was very different in their photo to the real thing. The discolouration was shown in their photo but easily missed with the special lighting. Customer service were quick to reply to my email, but sadly were unwilling to offer a credit. I wasn't expecting a refund. This was only $30 but I'd prefer to warn others who may be spending alot more. I can't use the item I purchased. Just left feeling very disappointed with their response :(

Wish I read the google reviews prior to wasting my money.I ordered some plastic picnic cups. Didn’t realise til after that the shipping would cost $25 to have them posted (very excessive for something that weighs nothing!!!) Looks like all of the reviews are complaints re shipping costs/times. And all of the responses show that the business takes no responsibility.I have followed this store for a long time. Products look lovely so I’m extra disappointed about the treatment. Very passive/aggressive responses. I guess that’s why there are so many bad reviews on google.Cups were actually cheaper on another site, but wanted to support a store that looks lovely on Instagram.What a shame.

Despite reading these reviews I decided to place an order with Mynd.  I mean, how hard can it be to send out a couple of pillowcases? Four weeks after I placed my order I had still not received my items.  I tried to contact Mynd via phone (it's disconnected) and I emailed a number of times for someone to give me a quick call.  No response.  I sent messages via Facebook and Instagram, again no response.I finally received a response to my email apologising for the delay and stating that they don't check their emails every day!!  They also advised they didn't have the stock.  They claim they have moved their store to a warehouse/online set up so they can provide a better level of service, however in my experience their service levels are well below standard.  How can you successfully run a business without a contact number or responding to customer emails promptly. Had they contacted me within a week of purchasing the items, I wouldn't have been bothered and I wouldn't have written this review. I'm a pretty patient person, but their level of service is terrible.All these online shops stock the same suppliers, so don't waste your time with MYND,  I would recommend purchasing elsewhere.

Could not fault this beautiful store!!!I have shopped at MYND for years, i absolutely love there space as well as all of the stunning products they have to offer, on many occasions they have specifically ordered in certain pieces upon request. Nothing has ever been too difficult for the gorgeous staff in store, always offering a friendly face and interior advice. Will continue shopping here for years to come.

Such a beautiful selection of homewares to choose from and friendly helpful staff that make you feel welcome to browse without rushing. Love Mynd Interiors.
