Extremely poor quality furniture. Bought a $2,000 lounge and spring busted within warranty period. Have been calling and emailing for over six months to get it fixed and the lack of communication or support is astounding. There will be someone to reap havoc in the store to make up for the the piss poor standards. It’ll be a lesson learnt in a dirty way.

Terrible salesmanship. My 70year old pensioner mother ordered lounges to be delivered. Twice they didn’t show up when advised. We had to collect in the rain and delivery expense of $30 has not been refunded...we expect a response to explain why this money has been kept. A refund is expected also.

Purchased a lounge from this store and it arrived perfectly. When purchasing I received great service from the staff member in the store and it all was an easy process. Recommend this place!

I purchased a white lounge from there this morning - opened the box and the lounge was covered in black marks I cannot wipe off! Very poor quality products and service as I have been trying for the last hour to call them! I got the owner who didn’t explain anything- just to “call back later”. Do not purchase from this company.

Dodgy dodgy company!! Their items especially their lounges is very poor quality! So is their customer care. For the expensive price you pay for them you expect great quality. The Manager is a disgraceful disrespectful arrogant person who hides behind closed doors and takes back his words. We brought a bonded leather lounge suite from here and with in 8 weeks of purchase it began to crack and peel. Their policy at the time to return and exchange with in 12months of purchase which we did..they had no other lounges there at the time we liked and would fit in our small house plus no other lounges where to the same value as the one we purchased. We told to wait for new stock to come in..took a while but found v one that we could afford and manger turns around and tells us sorry you have no store credit!?? Plus never expect the same staff member to be there the next time you go back . They are for ever getting new staff.
