Great variety of food. Large store with fresh produce and great meat section. It also has an impressive cheese and salami choice. Has most things you need but can be a little pricey for some things.

Good shop with variety of fruit and vegetables and a wide range of products...but i must say worst time to shop for your dairy products is the evenings and public holidays...99% of the time dairy department is empty its very disappointing.

I know it's all about supporting the community and local workers, but this place has the worst service of any shop i have ever been to. Expect long queues and a minimum of 10 minutes to get served.

Great value and great range. Love that Farmer Jacks fully support farmers. Their produce is always fresh and diverse. They also have a great range if other products.

As a regular royal customer, I can seen you have less and less staff especially on Sunday. I was shopping on Sunday and there was a very long queue and I asked the staff can you ask your manager to open another check out, I was been told the Manager is on till and serving the customer and no anymore staff available. No idea about you keep a manager on till and do not get more staff to service the customers. The Asian manager which is a tall boy is very nice and offering me a very good service.

Fruit is disgusting. Old and mouldy and still they try selling it. Keep trying to call store to complain but no one ever answers the phone. Don't waste ur time and effort going there.

It is my local store for grocery shopping and they carry a good range of everything.However, I am always disappointed with the fruit section.I bought some nectarine and plums last week. They were so sour that I had to put them in Bin.I mentioned it to the store attendant, and he responded me with a very negative answer that they supposed to be sour and they they need to keep them on shelves as some customers like sour fruit.I request you to please have some quality control in fruit section.I love this store and always support the local produce.
