There is a new owner of this practice. There is a very significant change. You may be treated with condescension even contempt by the new reception staff. Very unhelpful, awful communication. I know several people who no longer go to this practice. For the new medico patients are just ‘food on the table’ apparently. The remaining long-term staff are great.

Was told 2 - 3 days for results, only to wait 2 weeks and then when I called them they had no results, doctors are off and the pathology is closed, for Xmas break which is totally understandable but the fact that no results were reported back to the clinic within 2 weeks is quite ridiculous.At this point I've paid $90 for almost nothing

We see Dr Derham and find him very dedicated, compassionate, thorough and knowledgeable. Reception staff are also very helpful.

Incredibly rude! Stay clear of Dr Odude! He got angry and raised his voice when I asked simple questions, talking down to me when all I wanted to know was what my options are. I will never go back! I have never been treated so poorly in my life, especially by someone who is supposed to be a health professional"."
