Went there as my GP was closed. Reception was very kind to me and there was practically no wait. I went on a public holiday so expected to wait but was only there 15 minutes when I was called in.Dr was knowledgeable and explained it all in an understandable way.

I put one star but I really want to put 0 if it was an option, I am Arab and I have been the whole day looking for Arabic doctors for a very serious medical reason, whenever I go there the day that Dr Fariha is fully booked, I was about to kiss her hand to see the the doctor just for few minutes so she can explain for me my symptoms as she is arab as I am !! But unfortunately there was two ladies ( I feel so sad that they are muslims and we are in Ramadan) these two ladies were laughing with the doctor on the phone and mocking at me that I am asking to see her despite she is busy, this is so rude and disrespectful, this is not the first time that they treat me like that!!! I would never go to this medical centre again!! What a shame !!

Reception staff are absolutely rude and unprofessional. They asked me to wait and I had to wait nearly 3hrs there to see the doctor. I kept asking them when was my turn, but they still saying there were too many patients. But I saw there were too many of them not booking for appointment before, they came after myself but they went to see doctors before me. Highly NOT recommend anyone to go to this medical centre.

I tried with my partner almost all the doctors at this clinic from Dr. Naim Islam and the rest of the doctors are almost the same, no professionalism at all. The only good thing in this clinic is the receptionists who are trying their best to cover Dr's. Stupidity, but I knew it's useless. Medicare must investigate what's going on inside this medical centre, we will not come back to it again

So with the most experienced doctors we had to wait 30 to 45 minutes in the waiting area,,,When the receptionist told to be there at 10.30 we got the doctor after 11.15 and every time we go and ask for the timing they got no idea when can we see the doctor and just keep saying 5 minutes more ,,,Definitely they got the best doctors but have the worst timing issue ….So time is the least thing the care

One of the receptionist is not humble at all. When i talked with her. She didnt see me or smile. Smile is an easy thing to do. If tired, it was still morning. Dunno how to say but it is the worst clinic i ever know in Australia.Why the clinic doesn't care about how to choose receptionist. They must be a humble one and also they must respect about patient's question.

My wife attended earlier today, and the receptionist spoke in a condescending, rude and disrespectful manner. This medical practise could do with training it's staff to be sensitive to people who are unwell, sick and going through difficulties. Gentleness adores every action.

Only recommend one doctor here, Dr Mounther Tommalieh, If not him, no point in coming here at all. Over 4 years of coming here, all Pathologists and Nurses here need more training. They all struggle to locate veins, no matter who you see! leading to multiple attempts causing bruising with swelling for both children and adults. They apply to much pressure for far to long, blood sprays all over becoming messy. After inserting the needle they dig around inside the vein with the needle for ages which is extremely painful and stressful, followed by a session of blaming and berated patients because they can't locate the veins. Further push you to come back another day! The nurse today did all of that and left both my arms butchered!

I reserved a telephone consultation with Dr. Mussarat Mansur for my friend as the patient was COVID positive. At first, they took the appointment but after 10 minutes the receptionist called back and said, the patient did not come back in last 12 months. As a result, she cannot offer a telephone consultation today. The receptionist stated that if the patient had visited her regularly, she would have thought of that.I am very surprised to hear that. If the patient does not visit a clinic, they will not be treated if needed! absolutely rubbish... will not be back at this clinic anymore....

Always very late, staff will put someone in front of you even if you have a appointment. The main thing is to get patients in at a fake appointment time so they get paid.
