Every single person I dealt with, from first inspection, quoting, admin, payment, painter/plasterer and the roofers themselves has been thoroughly professional, good to deal with, and taken real pride in their work. We required a replacement of our roof following the storms of early 2022. Green Frog were very responsive in my request for a quote, despite the large volume of work that they had on their books.The weather continued to delay the works, but Green Frog kept communicating with me as to the status of the job which enabled me to keep our insurers also up to date of the progress of the works..The team that repaired the roof did a very good job and I am very happy with the end result.

Green Frog are an excellent business to deal with.Very friendly, professional and customer oriented.My experience with them was great right from my initial contact with Emma and throughout the process to job completion and clean up.Clint provided a prompt inspection and quote which I was happy to accept and request that the job proceed.The tradesmen Paul and his colleague ( sorry I forgot his name ) did an excellent job replacing the section of roofing skylight and vent.Communication and updates were provided when required.I will be happy to use Green Frog in the future if required.

Inspection revealed that roofing works weren't actually required. Am very impressed by their honesty and greatly appreciate their knowledge and advice. Turned up on time and very easy to deal with. Highly recommended, the team have been fantastic. They have done an amazing job. Their efforts has added an extra 40sqm of space to my house, which is a great spot for a home office and TV room. We recommend anybody considering an attic area, contact Green Frog. Check out the photos.

I have also hired Clint and his team to modify some down pipes for me since then , which they assisted me with problem solving, design of the new down pipes and the workmanship as always is first class. The first half of 2022 was challenging for roof repairers due to the excessive rain and COVID difficulty in sourcing enough skilled tradies. However, Green Frog staff were patient in explaining that the job would get done. Our roof job was done with competence and and good humour. Well done, Green Frog!

The Frog team completed a 2 phase project that has replaced our entire quiet complex roof plus skylight installation on our 1890s Annandale semi.Excellent job with all tradesmen including painters, carpenters and electricians of a high standard. Everyone was punctual, polite, all steps well coordinated by the team leaders who kept us informed. From prompt delivery of materials to rubbish removal. The roofers thenselves were excellent, sticklers for doing everything properly. Great to work with.With the continual wet weather, patience was required.
