I contacted 4 floor sanding businesses to sand, repair, and coat our timber floors. Brad from Central Coast Floor Sanding was the only one to actually get back to me, and I’m glad!From the moment I spoke to him I knew he was on the ball and passionate about his work.Our floors are old and were quite scratched and water damaged in places, so I wasn’t sure if it was possible to do much with them.The end result is so far above the quality of what I was expecting. The process was smooth and easy, and the cost was very reasonable, especially compared to replacing with new floorboards (which I’ve done before).I wouldn’t bother contacting anyone else. I wish all trades and service providers did business as well as Central Coast Floor Sanding. They were on time, did what they said they would when the would and at a quality that exceeded my expectations.

Brad was so accomodating and lovely to deal with. He did such an amazing job on our Cypress Pine floors, they look incredible!
