Kerryn Benton is an amazing property manager and well looked after us while we rented through Blue Moon, she is very kind, fair, and treats you with respect, which is very rare in my opinion. Justin Voss is an equally kind and compassionate human being who truly strives on delivering a professional service.

Our dealings with Blue Moon Property at Sippy Downs was the worst experience for anybody to endure. we were renting an apartment. After not receiving the correct 2 month to vacate notice. We had 3 weeks to find a property. Dealt with a bullying and total lack of acknowledgement and ownership to the agents mistake, An absolute disgusting and disrespectful situation we should not have been in. Not even a simple apology.

I recently sold my house in Sippy Downs. Simon Bruce was my agent and he was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble, he really went above and beyond to make the whole process easy and stress-free. At no point did I feel under any pressure to sell, which I have experienced with other agents. Simon was very respectful of my home and privacy. He came to the rescue when I locked myself out of the house with moving van. And I am very happy with the end result. If you are looking for a genuine honest agent, then you really need to give Simon Bruce a call.

A remarkable organisation! I wish we could clone their property management model and give it to our other (very average) property managers we have to deal with in the US where we have two houses in two different states.Coming from a property management background, I know it's not an easy job. Elly and team are responsive, prompt and deliver exactly what any investor could ever want or need from a property manager. I can not speak highly enough of Elly and the service Blue Moon provides!!!

The most appalling customer service I have ever experienced as a first time buyer from this company. Steve Venn was pushy, smug and condescending to deal with and made our entire weekend putting in an offer on a property horrendous. When we tried to make a complaint to Justin as director of the company, he immediately had his back up and drilled and drilled me, when I was struggling to get my words out due to the amount of stress Steve had caused me over a 2 day period, being aggressive and extremely rude on the phone, telling me he doesnt care about the back story and to just tell him if i was making a complaint or not, I'm still shocked that he is happy to represent his company in this way.I wouldn't waste your time with this company, go any other company on the coast for much better quality of customer service, understanding and patience.

We have been looking for a property on the Sunshine Coast for 2 months and had dealings with many agents. Some encounters were very disappointing and others were fantastic. The staff at Blue Moon Property was simply amazing. From our first meeting at one of the open house's, the follow up, the effort put in by their staff to find exactly what we were looking for, was miles ahead of any other agents we had met. Extremely poor property management and customer service - as a landlord myself I would be horrified to learn that any of my tenants were treated in a similar manner to what was provided by Cherie Cleary. After observing extended correspondence between Cherie and a close friend, it is clear she is deceptive, manipulative and unprofessional. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.*Edit in response*Unfortunately I don’t care if you think my review is incorrect or “unkind” and it’s unfortunate you feel the need to take it so personally. It’s a genuine reflection based off the experience your agent provided, maybe if you were more receptive to feedback you wouldn’t find yourself receiving such comments.

Steve Venn has been amazing throughout the very stressful purchasing property experience: he has been open, personable and given good advice with our many queries. He had gone above and beyond our expectations and had a great knowledge of our prospective suburb and neighbourhood. He also has given practical help which has been much appreciated.The Blue Moon Agency also have been really helpful.Top marks everyone!
