I ordered a chicken parmi from there tonight it came rubbery and half cooked. I asked for a refund and they said they wouldn't do that but instead could offer me some store credit. Why the hell would I want store credit from a place that doesn't even cook their chicken properly? Disgusting. Also the guy on the phone wasn't even apologetic. 0 manners, you don't deserve to be open.

Great pizza, quick service, helpful staff, it's primarily a takeaway, so 'atmosphere' is not really relevant, the decor is ok, although there was some space , with chairs, where we ate some of our pizza before heading home.

pizza was so bad we can't eat it same with their disgusting garlic bread and not only that the customer service is absolutely appalling I ordered through Menulog they told me to go and pass it through Menulog they didn't want to know about it themselves they told me it's standard temperature and timer for the pizza absolutely shocking I also happen to of wasted $50 I hope you're happy to have ripped off pensioner on Christmas day what a Grinch they need to have better customer service and decide whether they're worth it being a pizzeria or not at this point I would say not

We ordered tonight through Uber eats. Won’t be ordering again. My medium/well steak was only slightly cooked on either side so was completely rare through the middle and inedible. The Greek salad we ordered was a garden salad with some grated cheese over tomato, cucumber, capsicum and iceberg lettuce.Gravy was the only decent part of the meal.Should have just made the toasted sandwich instead and saved the $70.

We've been going to Amigo's for years. Their pizzas are usually pretty good good, but occasionally there'll be a bad one, but we choose to overlook them because mistakes happen. The main thing that annoys me is how long it takes for pizza to arrive when ordering for delivery. Sometimes over an hour. Tonight I placed the order around 4:30pm requesting a 6:30pm delivery. Two hours should've been plenty of time, but my pizza still turned up 20 minutes late. So overall good, and plenty of topping, but delivery is bad and customer service isn't great either.

Ordered a meal via DoorDash. 2 lasagnes and classic steak burger.Both lasagnes were undercooked... Okay they were just cold.The classic steak burger was missing the key ingredient... Steak.For over $60 that is just not acceptable.Very upset with the quality of the food, especially as it was for my son's birthday dinner.
