Constable Estate Vineyards

One of the most beautiful vineyards I have seen in a very long time. It was such a pleasure to drive up to this estate. The cellar door was quaint, comfortable and lovely. Sue greeted us was wonderful. I saw this big cow called Matilda and you have to definitely take a photo of a lot of selfie. If you can name the music on the cow you’re a legend. We drove around and it’s just a great spot. Looking forward to coming back. They have a great wine club. Tennis court Ponds secret Gardens. Just a great facility Oh and the wine is pretty good to

We started our tour at Constable and we were served by Jenny who provided a relaxed, enjoyable and informative tasting. Our experience was definitely enhanced by Jenny and she made sure we had an amazing time with much laughter. Our group all bought delicious wines for gifts and ourselves and even came back for more the next day after visiting 3 other wineries and seeing how amazing Constable’s wines were!!!

Such a magnificent vineyard to visit in the Hunter Valley region. Matilda the Cow stands proud in all her glory as you sit and taste the riches of the hard work these guys have done in producing such delicious wine.Jen was informative and so down to earth that she made us feel right at home as we tasted the wines on offer. It's service at vineyards like this that help decide whether we purchase or not. We left with 8 bottles and will definitely consider more at a later point.

Honestly, our wine tasting experience wasn’t good.Apparently they close at 4pm and they had accepted our tasting at 3:30pm...they were also with 1 person down.As a result, the tasting was initially very rushed. We arrived and there was already wine in our glasses (no idea which one).First a lady hosted our wine, and she didn’t share anything about the winery and immediately talked about the wine and mentioned the promotion they had going. She seemed very distracted.Then suddenly there was another person who took over. Thankfully, Howard took the time to explain the wines more. He did a great job and made the experience more enjoyable.Unfortunately we didn’t really like their wines.The muscat and sparkling rose was nice.We later saw that they have an outside area.Maybe next time we will check it out since people have left good reviews about the garden.

Wine tasting here was amazing! The lady doing the tasting was very nice and super informative. Learnt more about wine here than anywhere else I went. Best wines we had in the hunter

Our group had an extremely enjoyable wine tasting at Constable estate. It was the best winery we visited in the hunter valley for both the wine and service. Jenny was a fabulous host and exceeded our expectations. Make sure this is at the top of your hunter valley winery visit list! ♥️

We started our tour at this winery and were served by Jenny. She was knowledgeable and friendly, and always made us feel comfortable to ask questions about the wines. She was also a great help to us with organising our trip outside of the wine tour (recommending restaurants and bars, and even helping us book a shuttle bus). Great wine and even better customer service!
