These guys are useless. Used them 3 times and they stuffed me around on 2 occassions. Firstly I give them 10 days to make up a piece of flashing. Send them emails and make phone calls to check on delivery. Then the day before they say they won't be able to deliver - as a result of pleading get the piece at 11.30am and work to 7pm to install.The second time I get the flashing to the job and it's the wrong size - their useless crew have stuffed up the sizes. As a result I have to return the piece, plead with them to get it remade and then return to the job to get my completion payment 1 week late.Go elsewhere - you can do much better - they are more interested in pleasing their big clients and treat the small guys with contempt. Try Swan Plumbing - 2 day turn around on custom flashings and cheaper too.
