I have used ABIS inspection services twice, 2013 and 2019. Such an excellent company and amazing customer service with Hayley and Ab. Ab call me to follow up about report with very kind advices. I had 7 days due date and they manage to inspect and create the report within 2 days.Any future building inspection I would choose ABIS Windaroo branch again and strongly recommend to my family members and friends and anyone.Terrence

Being from interstate and buying a property without seeing it in person is always difficult. ABIS has been great because they were professional, easy to deal with and the report is clear and detailed.We have used them twice and cancelled on the first property they inspected for us due to the number of issues.Since we are purchasing the 2nd inspection home we would like to tank you all at ABIS! The inspector is a qualified builder & knows what they are talking about. Apart from this report being professionally presented, it was very thorough, well elaborated & clear with actual photos where a typical mum like me can easily refer to & understand. From booking our building and pest inspection through to the actual inspection we were really impressed with ABIS. Their phone staff were friendly, helpful and prompt in giving us an appointment and Tony (our inspector) was friendly and talked us through the process on the day, pointing out areas that needed work and explaining the report. We couldn't be happier!

Very poor service. They included a moderate risk item in our report which made us freak out. I called the inspector to get more details but no response. We researched ourselves on the issue and found out it's not an issue at all and no further action required. You guys don't need to dump a big issue if you can't find anything major and charge $500.And yes I'm your client, my partner's name is on your list but I had to deal with mess so I'm writing this review.Look up Invoice I053154 and give me a call if you'd like to discuss this. I have left my number with your reception on Friday, the date of inspection.

Excellent service from start to finish. Hayley makes it so simple to book and very efficient when problems arose. Out inspector, Abramo, was thorough and very knowledgeable. The report provided was comprehensive and useful. Wouldn't use anyone else now. Thanks team.
