Very clean and tidy.Staff are happy and knowledgeable.Lots of products.Experienced chemists.The shop has a great layout making it very easy to find what you are looking for.

Terrible service, waiting times are outrageous, all they do is make excuses or blame other staff for miscommunications. Will never be back here

Great Staff, very helpful, slightly expensive even if you do have a membership which turns me off a lot of the sales!!

-Price is a big confusion. Make sure you read the mini price tag with a magnifying glass if you are not a member.-Extremely Rude staff. When asked the staff why I got charged double as the price tags. She was rude and said very loud that was the price.-Definitely not recommend.

Large store with plenty of helpful staff. Car parking at the rear of the store as Ocean St is quite busy. Good ticketing system for scripts.

Been shopping there for just over 18 months. Pricing is good. Range is good.However a few staff seem to think everyone over 65 must be senile and talked to like a child. Very disappointing when their system falls down or a Staff member doesn't listen and then they seem to go into lets talk down to you mode.I appriciate staff who listen and not assume.Please treat usabd talk to us as sane Adults.

Waited 25 minutes for two scripts. No-one else in front of me. There was no apology or explanation to the delay. Staff seemed to be wanting to be elsewhere. Just couldn't connect to this place. I will stick to my smaller local chemist.

I have been a member of National Pharmacies for three decades. I have shopped at many of their stores around Adelaide. The products are always of a high quality with a large range to choose from. Whenever I shop at the Victor Harbor branch, I am reminded to pamper myself and not just shop for pharaceuticals. The have ln-essence essential oils, make-up of various brands, a large range of perfumes and luxurious skin-care and hair-care products. As a member you can enjoy a complimentary make-up application and advice as to suitable products. There are various health checks available for members at a very small cost such as an annual bone density check. If you have sensitive skin there are plenty of lotions to choose from. I haven't ever purchased glasses there but there is an extensive range of frames to choose from. I have never had a problem with scripts and in the past, have purchased non PBS items from them, which were claimable on private health. The staff are always available to help and yes they do have busy times, as all pharmacies do. There is seating available while waiting for scripts, or just enjoy browsing the aisles. If you need a gift, National Pharmacies regularly provides quite a range.

Staff great and a massive array of products but the waiting times are ridiculous and then incredibly expensive prescriptions. Find a cheaper chemist.
