The service was good, however we had to wait over 40 minutes past our booking. I ended up with a nail infection due to their SNS nails, and the poor hygiene of the establishment. NOT HAPPY.

Absolutely horrible, nothing like what I asked for at all. I wanted to have long black nails with red ring fingers, I have short rectangular nails woth red thumbs, and my right ring finger red. The lady doing my nails was guilting me by saying that she'd have to start all over again and I wish she did. Never coming here again, save your $60 and go somewhere worth your while

I absolutely love this place! They’re always so sweet and respectful. The lady who did my nails was so pretty. They’re also so gentle and when she accidentally put the file on the part of my nail that was already sore she apologised so quickly. And my nails turned out so pretty!!

Quin did my lashes for me this past Saturday. She really knows her stuff. Had a chat before she started so she knew exactly what I was after. Lashes came out beautifully, just as I wanted. Delicate long lashes that don't look like I need toothpicks to hold them up. Much more elegant for an older lady. Thanks Quin!

I took my 15 yr old niece here today, to get a full set of nails done, my niece asked the lady for the length she wanted. The lady has left my nieces fingers red raw, did not cut them to the length my niece asked for and has made my niece very upset. I'm not happy at all. If you would actually listen, to what customers want you might be surprised.
