Firstly booking in with Kylie is simply, quick and easy. Ben was fantastic, came out and completed a full service on our ducted unit which included fixing a large range of problems. Works like a dream now. Will definitely be having him back for regular servicing. Highly recommend.

We enquired late one afternoon, by evening we had locked in the appointment. Ben arrived on time the following day, spent time to check the a/c, determined the problem & rectified it. We were so happy with the service & professionalism. But most of all Ben turned up as agreed!! We continue to use Ben & Extraordinair in future. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend the workmanship and straight forward attitude. Very professional from start to finish. Even took the time to explain what was done and the cost was spot on and not exaggerated. I work for an Airconditioning company myself so I know what I am talking about and yes that means I can’t trust the guys I work with. Good to see quality tradesmen still exist. Keeping that magnet on my fridge for the next time I have a problem.
