Nando's Rouse Hill
Visited Nandos on a Sunday to eat a late lunch before we went to see a movie at rouse hill. Always busy here with not many seats for dine in.We got a table and ordered via the QR code on the table. Then put in the table number that was on the table. Once ordered another tables order came to us and then our order got delayed as they were trying to figure out what happened. Then after we received our meals were told the hummus we order was unavailable and that they can’t refund an order that has been ordered online. So the manager gave us a bottle of sauce to comp compensate not having the hummus. This was alright but I do think they need to keep there online ordering system up to date to prevent this.

Food is good , barbque chicken is tender and with good proportion. Pork ribs though is the opposite a bit tiny on the serving.Rice is also on the salty side

Last month, I visited Nando's with high expectations based on its reputation for delicious food and vibrant atmosphere. However, my experience was marred by a significant issue that I consider to be quite basic: the absence of water glasses for patrons.Upon being seated and reviewing the menu, I realized there were no glasses at the table to drink water. I found this to be a surprising oversight for a restaurant of Nando's caliber. It is a fundamental expectation for any dining establishment to provide appropriate tableware, including basic items like water glasses.I brought this issue to the attention of the server, who seemed indifferent to my concern. They simply stated that they did not have any glasses available at the moment. I found this response to be quite unacceptable, as it implied a lack of preparation or attention to customer needs.I hope that Nando's management takes this feedback constructively and addresses the issue promptly. I believe that providing the most basic amenities, like water glasses, is essential for a restaurant aiming to deliver a positive dining experience.

We came and went to order for two.We ordered a wrap and quarter chicken. I asked if it came with anything and then he mentioned it'd have to be added on which was fine.After adding on a meal to ONE of the meals we ordered I paid and saw on the receipt that only one of them had it. I kindly asked if he could make the other a meal and it was refused. They outright told me it is impossible for them to cancel and replace the order or even add the meal on and pay the difference. I had to order an entirely separate set of chips and drinks to get it. Costing a substantial amount more of course.While this was extremely silly and disappointing, we continued to sit down. There's food from the previous people who sat on the table, I asked two staff members if they could clean up the table, no-one came. I waited approximately 15min for the food, when it did arrive, it was missing the sides. I had to ask for cutlery, drink came wrong. Finally they took the old plates. Didn't even offer to wipe the table.The chicken was fine upto Nando's standard. The service was shockingly bad. The place was dirty, nothing was getting cleaned.

I Love Nando's, but this salad I got when I ordered the garden salad with my chicken at the Rouse Hill store is unacceptable. Nando's can do better.

Placed the order and had the food ready to be served but it sat on the counter for 10 minutes till we got it after requesting for the meal. Had added feta and it was dumped in the bottom of the pita. Had ordered extra spicy but was bland.Service could be improved. The tables were congested and chairs kept hitting the other ppl.

There is a huge difference between level of customer service while the Owner ( mid age Indian man) presents in the restaurant and while not.Normally having our dinner while he is around and the food quality is good and the waiter/waitresses are fast and follow customers order promptly but while we visited last Thursday the owner was not around.Asked three times to clean our table but ketp ignore,Took 25 mins to get our food although they were not very busy!!!!Asked for extra tissues and just referred to table to serve myself!!!!Have to find another restaurant around!!Very disappointed

Staff service is great. They are very kind and polite. Food was delicious. Restaurant is small but service and food makes it wonderful. Must visit this place
