I met &You team to take my dark Asian brunette hair to a Ash Blonde balayage. Turned out amazing!! Could not recommend more!She gave me a full consultation for colour and described the process and what would suit me.I've already had multiple compliments. I absolutely love it and would recommend it to anyone.Best hairdressers I've ever been to by far.Even got a complimentary coffee. What more could you want! Her sweet personality is a plus.looking forward to my next appointment.!

Ellie is very skilled and while I'm happy with the hair cut, we were not very happy with the customer service. I booked in advance for 2 people and we arrived on time, but the whole service felt very rushed. For some reason, they thought we only made a booking for 1 person. When I wanted to adjust the length further (which they did and I was happy with the final length), they made me feel like there's not enough time, even though there was still plenty of time left. Yes I could see there's a customer waiting, but I've made a booking. I'm not sure if we will return again.

No wait time, service was attentive and very high quality. Ellie was very quick in understanding the type of haircut I wanted and I especially liked how she explained that the original cut I wanted wouldn't work well for my hair type and how it would require regular heat styling, etc. and then found a way to accommodate it with the hair texture I had.The cut itself was done swiftly and professionally, with beautiful curtain bangs and layers as I had asked. Even though this was a dramatic change from my previous style, I trusted Ellie and it was done in a way that was flattering on me and low-maintenance. I would definitely recommend this salon to friends seeking a good quality cut, and I would definitely go again to refresh my cut. 11/10Ava

I had a very bad experience with this hair salon. I made an online booking through their website for Balayage. It's been one month and my hair colour has been gone. I don't know what she did to my hair. It stayed only one week and my hair became more damaged. I recently moved to Glen Waverly and thought of trying out a new salon for my hair. It was mentioned on their website Balayage is $200 and they charged me $400. I am very disappointed with the service that's why I am giving it one star. I wish I could give them 0 for their terrible service.

First time here and will now be a regular! Ellie did such an amazing job and she is so knowledgeable. I asked for a Hime cut and she immediately knew what it was and made suggestions using her professional judgment. She took the time to fix up a bad haircut and perm I had gotten done elsewhere. Even though I was the last customer, she did not rush it at all. I'm so so happy with the results and will definitely be returning! Thanks Ellie!!
