Natural Solar

Natural Solar has been a great provider for our Tesla Powerwall 2 installation. Rupen was incredibly helpful in getting the approval and paperwork taken care of with Ausnet, so that the installation could happen within two weeks of getting approval. We now have access to monitoring our power usage via the Tesla app, as well as a reliable battery backup in case of power outages. It's been an invaluable addition to our home.

Natural Solar provided me with a great solar battery solution when I was considering my options. Alan Bailey was particularly helpful in this process, as he assisted me in understanding what batteries were available and explained their features simply and effectively. Not only did he help me secure one of the few remaining solar rebates for batteries, but he also gave me excellent pricing and energy provider deals. I am very thankful for Alan's help and the professionalism provided by Natural Solar throughout the installation.

5.2kw solar array and 10kwh sonnen battery through Natural Solar.Had a really great experience with Natural Solar. The sales guy Alistair was helpful, and seemed genuine and transparent throughout our negotiation on price and product. The installers (both solar and battery) were very professional and worked with me to ensure I was happy with the install spec (ie. conduit, location, layout). The battery looks really space age and is far more compact than I expected. The sonnen app also seems pretty good too. NS also upgraded us to the higher wattage, newer generation solar panels at no cost a day before the install.Only complaint would be the time between signing up and the install but we did start the process just prior to xmas, so was somewhat understandable. In any case, we didnt start paying for everything until the battery was installed (about 4 weeks after the solar panels). Meaning we essentially were generating power for a month without any associated cost.

This company performed so well. Jonathan Green was the man who made it happen and he made himself available throughout, including stepping me through getting the Government rebate.A crack team of three specialized electricians arrived on the day at 7:30am. The team leader surmized the site and spotted a few problems. Firstly an ethernet line would have to be installed because the Wifi modem was too far from the battery install site. Not a problem. They had all the stuff in their truck. Secondly an extra switch box would need to be installed as there was no space in the existing one. Not a problem. They put a small plastic one in my linen press. It was in their truck. The team leader kept consulting me throughout. The fellow doing the meter box mods. knew exactly what he was doing. Although I'm handy I was daunted by the complexity of the job.I was amazed at how smoothly the install went. There were no hiccups, no oops" moments. By midday the job was done

After an initial poor experience the business leader stepped in and sorted the issue out.

Our installer Matt was fantastic! I would give him 5/5 stars. Natural Solars management and communication was extremely poor. We were feeling uneasy about making payment prior to installation as they kept changing install dates. The materials were not in Adelaide to do the job yet they wanted payment. We also missed out on government rebate because they did not email us the details. Cost us a lot of money.

No customer service, lost out on getting the solar battery rebate even though we did everything they asked us to do. Cancelled the order and got an email asking for our banking details so our refund could be returned to us. Almost 2 weeks later no refund has come through and no response from emails sent asking about it, at this point I'm thinking we wont be getting anything. I hope our experience is not the norm and others have better experiences with them but I won't be recommending them to anyone.
