Couldn't fault Richard! He has gone out of his way to get our fryers sorted.. Highly recommended

I own a Hotel, I called on Friday morning to get Richard to fix our Oven. He said he would be out later that day, and txt him with my details. Several txts later, it is now Monday night, not one response, and 4 days without being able to use our oven. No respect, no professional courtesy communicate. Would not recommend. Very upsetting.
