AVOID AVOID AVOIDHany and his team were contracted to replace damaged Tasmanian Oak boards and re-sand the entire house (130sqm).The quality of the work and the entire team’s overall professionalism was horrendous!Hany and his team were given three attempts to correct shoddy work.After three attempts, Hany assured us the quality of the work completed was the absolute best possible outcome.Unhappy with the result, we ended up getting an independent report completed by the ATFA (Australian Timber Flooring Association).In that report it states the work completed does NOT meet industry expectations or Australian Standards.Issues included, but weren’t limited to:- Ripples and rough texture across the surface of the floors- Visible roller lap lines in the coating- Varying gloss levels in the coating- Visible Sanding marks- Sunken and missing filler- Finish imperfections on the staircase- Over-sanded boards (now need replacing)- Improper ‘replaced’ boards (i.e. tongue & grove missing – causing vertical movement).- Instead of staggering boards (for install), simply cut a line into the entrance way and started again (photos below show what i mean).- Polish drip marks- Polishing debris into the floors (hair, wood chips etc).The ATFA report recommended that the ENTIRE house be redone.On top of the horrible job completed – the team were extremely unprofessional.They left rubbish littered all over the front and back yard, they left all damaged floor boards under the house, we found cigarette butts inside the house (on our newly sanded floors), and Hany himself sent us abusive and threatening emails.Do yourself a favour and do NOT do business with this man.

We chose this company based on the Google reviews we read and we can now vouch that we also had a positive experience.Hany was good with communication and professionalism. We appreciated all the advice he gave when he did the inspection prior (we are very inexperienced with floors).His team, a special mention to Alan, were so helpful doing the job. He encountered some unexpected problems with the flooring under our carpet but was able to get the job done really well, giving lots of helpful advice along the way which we really appreciated.I would recommend this company.

I had a great experience with Hany and his team. We needed very old and damaged floorboards to be sanded and polished and a room to have old chip board removed and recycled timber floorboards added. Communication was great and he is really quick at responding and providing quotes. They are also very reasonably priced compared to others I contacted. The team found a few unexpected issues once they lifted the old flooring and took the time to fix it which was really appreciated, especially as it meant they ended up being 2 days behind schedule. They were honest about what could and could not be done and the finished product was great. Highly recommend.

Hany and his team (Kenny) did a great job sanding and finishing our wood floors. Hany was friendly a great communicator, and very patient with re-sheduling due to renovation timeframe changes. Pricing was also very competitive. Recommended

Hany and his team were incredible from the get-go.Our Victorian ash floors were looking very tired and Hany's team have completely brought them back to life; they look brand new! We're over the moon with the results. They also did a repair job for a missing section of floor and we were worried the new timber would be obvious next to the existing timber but it's such a clean job you cannot notice, not even if pointed out. Excellent craftmanship.Hany was very patient and understanding of our situation as we had to move the job date a number of times due to delays with our other renovations.Cannot fault this company - thanks Hany and team!

Hany and his team were an absolute pleasure to deal with starting from initial conversation to final hand off. I approached Hany with a bit of a time crunch to help with a floor sanding and polishing job. His communication, punctuality, promptness and honesty was amazing. His team also communicated well, showed up on time, finished the job ahead of schedule and cleaned up well afterwards. Our floors look brand new and lightens up the house with the invisible coat which Hany recommended at a reasonable price. Overall, an extremely satisfied customer and job well done by his team. Will definitely recommend them.

Thank you to Hany and his team for restoring our original timber flooring that have been covered by carpet for the past 40 years! The results are amazing and we wish we had done it sooner.From beginning to end the customer service and level of communication was fantastic. Hany was quick to respond and put dates in place to complete the project around our tight schedule. Contacted Hany to get a quote to sand and stain the timber floors in a rental unit. The job started on time, no issues at all, the guys did a great job, the floors look amazing. The cost was reasonable for the quality of the job - about $2500. I can recommend Hany and his team.
