Very fair prices and huge variety. I enjoy a monthly shop here for decent work clothes.

Lovely staff. Always extremely friendly and helpful. I even had one staff member guard my remaining clothes whilst I tried things on, which was very kind. I do, however, think the prices are getting a little unrealistic for a charity store. They receive these clothes for FREE and it’s a little silly to be finding stained, damaged, low-value items getting so pricey. It’s less money going towards the charity when people are refusing to pay for $35 second hand dresses.

While very definitely NOT as cheap as one normally expects of 'charity shops', their business model of recycling the freely-given goods of people who are actually charitable means that you'd find lots of stuff that has fallen seriously out of fashion. Sure, the bulk of their stock is pure tat that should be stored in a landfill, but I've picked up a grotesquely loud 1970s sports coat and a couple of ties so toxically colourful as to need chemical lab testing. So, final analysis, not a shop for the poorest segment of our society but rather more of a niche antique store aimed at those with minimal taste and plenty of dosh. The impression I gained was more of a secretly Vatican-funding and self-righteous Salvos than the kind of Vinnies we're familiar with, but that might just be the staff.

Staff rude. Wife was borderline yelled at trying to drop clothes off for not following some set of rules that were not even signposted of displayed. She wasn't dumping either. You'd think when trying to donate something and help people out you wouldn't be met with hostility. Seems we aren't the only ones to experience this.

Been here a few times and never found anything to buy, as prices are way too expensive. Often find cheap and poor quality clothing more expensive here than new.

Terrible attitude and sell products above RRP. I showed them an item they were selling for $75, when the company who makes them only charge $25. I pointed this out, and was still refused anything below their price. Absolutely disgusting. It's 100% profit. It goes to charity, but the people running it, are running it into the ground.

Barely negotiate in a wheelchair. Like it's possible but incredibly difficult to get around. And prices are clearly set by the wealthy for the wealthy as they're only cheaper if compared to premium price tags. It is very easy to buy equivalent things brand new for cheaper than the prices set here just by shopping sales or clearance racks. Which is a problem because I would love the opportunity to reduce the amount of items that go to landfills by shopping used but just can't afford it at these prices.

Saw a used pair of shoes in there for $135, the pair next to them on the shelf was $85. Who are you here for? Are you serving the underprivileged in the community as a charity shop, or are you here for people who rolled up in their gold-plated Lamborghinis? They are USED goods and you got them for FREE! For gods sake, what a shame you're here for profit and not the community you claim to serve.
