Good place to get a fresh meet, but worst place for dairy and other products i seen yoghurt in fridge( indian dahi 1kg) by mistakenly i got it which is expired a week ago and i taken that to the counter and showed that to the men in the counter ( I want to just let him know it is expired) but he never care about that he told me to put back in the fridge in very rude way such a worst service they don’t care about people health and safety just they want their business that’s all, very disappointing and never going back ….

Great meat but I'm not sure if they sell it to public the last 2 times I went therea few weeks ago I waited at the meat department for 15 minutes and no service and a couple days ago went in there to get some steaks and no word of a lie I was standing there for 20 minutes there were 3 people cutting meat all knew I was there and no service seriously it was quicker to go out for tea I would have got a cooked steak in that time ii had to leave without my steaks after 25minmeats are great but very poor service

As awesome as the products are, the customer service is just as bad. I bought three jelly packs which clearly said 3 for $2.99. The guy charged me $1.99 each. When I asked, he said this is American dollars, not for here as the product comes from India (product package says made in Pakistan). I told him he needs to get rid of the price on the package as it is misleading. The discussion went on and on as to why he can’t do that, I gave up.

Meat section ok but there’s no prices on half their stuff and lots of stuff is very out of date ! Meat people are friendly but guy out the front counter looks upset all the time (even the frozen fish in the freezer have a warmer smile than this guys look ! Funny how packets of pasta shot up from 75c to $3.00 because of pandemic check the dates and check your change ! Always ask for a receipt!

The owner is very rude and does not know how to behave with costomur. He knows there is not many afghani shops that’s why his behaviour is rude. He thinks people will visits his shop as they don’t have another option. He needs to change his behavoir or close the shop. First learn behavoir and then open a shop. Very unsatisfied.

It’s been a nightmare to buy halal meat in Geelong, I used to go to western halal meat but there meat quality is awful so I went to this shop to buy 2 kg of beef curry piece. Meat quality is definitely better however ratio of meat and bone is like 60:40, that’s too much. I will see one more time, if ratio doesn’t increase to at least 70:30, will not shop there anymore.

Amazed by the variety of meat and quality of the cuts. Glad to find a place that sells halal lamb and mutton. Very friendly staff.
