I called up to rebook a IPL appointment as I had one left from the group bundle deal they sell, and was told it was out of date even though I had paid for the tickets in 2019.Yes I understand deal’s change but due to Covid and other reasons I live an hour away, I was also saving the last ticket for a yearly maintenance and was unaware of there being a time frame and falling short.There was no help or support in giving me some return.I just wanted to get my money’s worth on my yearly IPL treatment.Very disappointed.

I had three different employees working with me throughout my treatment and all of them were extremely professional.Overall I was made to feel very comfortable in what can be quite a daunting process and the results have been a game changer.Thanks to the team at Ringwood for helping me out.
