Greenwood Concord

Greenwood Concord provides a caring and nurturing environment for my kids! We’ve only had a positive and great experience with the school and it’s educators! Would totally recommend Greenwood to any parents considering sending their kids here!

I was referred from my friend to Concord Greenwood. My son loves this centre since he joined!! The educators are really caring, nice and lovely. The centre has a lot of great facilities and programs to develop kids skill. This definitely helps me a lot at work as I know that my son always has a great time!! Highly recommend this centre to anyone.

Stay away from this place like the plague. The staff there are not that friendly and a few are outright mean that's why we took our son out after 1 month. And their administration is complete garbage they charge you for time your child hasn't even attended and only refund you the money 6 months later. And for the time that your child does attend they don't notify Centrelink and you can't claim your rightful Child Care Rebate. I've been trying chase these people for 2 months to get them to notify Centrelink talking to branch manager, regional manager and some other manager and none of them could get it done. I've never seen a more incompetent company all they have to do is open the portal to Centrelink and click a few buttons to confirm our child attendance doesn't cost them anything and it seems to be beyond their capabilities. Would you trust your child to these people I think not.

Dropping my 7 months old baby off to day care and heading back to work was one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do and I was sure that I would never make it!But from the very beginning our experience with our centre and its staff made us feel at ease and comfortable and now over 3 years later we think of it as a second home.The Centre Manager and educators there have been nothing short of brilliant, accommodating and cheerful, helping us through typical baby issues, like diet, sleep, socialisation, and sensory development, and more recently early learning steps.They encourage Laya every day and help her to create a strong sense of self-esteem. My daughter isn’t the only one who has made friends, I too have grown fond of the managers and teachers!Greenwood Concord is one of the greatest decisions I have ever made for my daughter as well as myself. We are very thankful to Greenwood Concord and its staff for giving us a great place for my daughter to be nurtured, educated and loved while we are at work.Urmila Prabahar

I just wanted to say thank you! Our little man has had a little bit of trouble transitioning into his new room and for the first time we’ve had tears at drop off the last few weeks.The girls in the EL room have been so great and I know Cindy in particular has been trying to engage our son and make him feel at home.I wanted to give credit where it is due and thank you all for the wonderful job you all do! If there are any tears, there is always a big smiling face to collect when we arrive at the end of the day along with stories of the many things he did. Seeing the photos that were sent through today just reinforce why we chose Greenwood!

We’ve been with few different centres before this one. And Greenwood Concord has to be one of the best centres that our kids have been attended so far. Very experience and caring educators make the kids settled in very quickly. They also have great communication app KindyHub that give us almost instant update on our child’s daily routine as well as a comprehensive report by the end of the day that captured all the activities happened during the day. We would highly recommend to anyone.

If google allows me to leave it 0 star I will do so. We took our son there when he was 11 mo. Once when I was there when they were serving lunch and the pasta was too hot to eat, luckily I tried before I gave it to my son. Some staff there seemed to be quite nice to some 'easy' kids but totally didn't do a decent job as to settling new ones. There are sharps like barks and branches in small baby rooms which is a risk. Worst is their administration. When we joined they didn't registered our child's enrollment with Centrelink so that we didn't get the childcare rebate. Later when we chase them up they still didn't do it after 3 months! Yes, we missed our ccr because of them not doing it! Called branch manager, regional manager, head office, all they said is we've been chasing... our system has some problem". Excuse me? our child did enroll at your centre

Absolutely love Greenwood Concord!!I'm so happy and couldn't be more satisfied with everything about this daycare. All the staff are so friendly they always go above and beyond. They have so many great services available. Not to mention always are willing to have a lengthy discussion after a long days work. Would highly recommend bringing your child here!!

We absolutely loved Greenwood Concord!!The staff are always so welcoming and supportive.Unfortunately we have moved out of the area and are struggling to find another centre as the standard Greenwood Concord set is so high!Highly recommend!

The centre is amazing. The educators are friendly and genuinely care about all the children and families. I know my children are very well cared for and loved. The environments are engaging, lots of beautiful wooden toys and updated often. The program is educational and the app is awesome. So many great updates about my child’s day and how much fun they have. The management is approachable and always happy to help. My kids love her!
