Cowboys of the building industryIn 3 years my unit has flooded 4 times. Ruining walls, carpet etc in 3 seperate rooms. I keep getting told it’s only water & these things happen.No transparency, no written reports, very unprofessional.The merry go round of constant trades for repairs is a massive inconvenience
