We contacted Coolzone to service our airconditioner and heater units as well as look into possible issues with one of our aircon pump. Dillon and his team were terrific. Professional, patient, generous with their advice, and with services that are competitively priced, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Good communication and prompt service as took them only 4 days to come out. Agreed price was $220 to service my gas ducted heating. Was very helpful over the phone.However on arrival the technician took 5 minutes to diagnose that the heating system had blown a mother board (we hadn't used it since last winter so assumed it was still working hence needed a service) and given its 30 years old not point in changing it. then took another 20min to quote up for heating replacements and still charged me the full $220. They don't charge for quotes so I felt it was an unfair charge for 5 min of diagnosing however was advised by manager that the technician would have taken time to search and research for replacement part.I had also been quoted by another company for $160 for a heating service which included the call out fee and 30min of labour so they are definitely overpriced.

Coolzone installed 2 units of reversed cycle split unit system in our townhouse in January 2023 and we were very happy with their service, professionalism and reasonable prices. Corey has been very helpful and professional. Instead of up selling like most companies, Corey recommended solution that suited our townhouse. The 2 installers that installed the system were punctual and tidy. They completed the job on a timely manner and cleaned up the area.I would highly recommend Coolzone.JC

I’m not an easy person to work with as my expectations are high when it comes to service, professionalism and honesty. I dealt with Dillon who met all of them to a very high standard. There were several challenges and blockers we had to work around installation as I live in a joint property with barely any room to work with but Dillon and his amazing staff came up with options to work around those challenges and they made it look easy and installation was completed. You won’t find a better bunch!!

When I called the response was with in half an hour not only did they attend my place with in the next hour and I must say it was Friday they had a new unit installed by that afternoon !! Dillon is a professional friendly person who provided an outstanding service that went beyond our expectations. Our heating system was consistently breaking down. Dillon had to make several trips to our home to get the job done . Nothing was too much trouble to ensure that we got the outcome we needed ,our heating working. Service that went that extra mile :)

Ken and his team were fantastic to deal with, they were reasonably priced yet high quality installation in a friendly and reliable manner. It was a pleasant experience to the point of me asking them to install second Daikin split system within a week! can't fault their after sale service either, needed a small adjustment and they happily came back without fuss! thanks very much guys and keep up the great work!

The guys from Coolzone were very professional, patient & responsive when replacing our old evaporative cooling with a brand new unit, they were very respectful in making sure they cleaned up everything after themselves & placing everything back in its place, the new system looks & sounds great. I highly recommend these guys!

Dillon and his team are fantastic. An organised, efficient team of people who turned up on time and got the install completed quickly, painlessly and cleanly. They even went the extra mile of working the plastic capping around the position of our furniture. Above all the communication was excellent.
