Went to the 24hr McDonalds in Noble Park. Ordered 2 large shakes and it wasn’t even filled up. Photo speaks for itself.Did another takeout from this maccas and not understanding why we’re given milkshake that’s not a large as paid for?? It’s seems like it’s just over half. That’s ridiculous Noble Park Maccas. Who else has had their milkshakes un-filled to a Large ??So that’s 2 different photos from 2 takeouts!!

Terrible experience. I had a bag of burgers with chips and a shake. I then walked over to the mcafe 2 pick up 2 coffees. Surley tge girls behind the counter could see that I didn't have a free hand and I needed a drink tray. I then had to ask if I could have a tray for the 3 drinks but they ignored me. As I was then frustrated then trying to carry 3 drinks and a bag of burgers and chip,they slipped out of my hand and went all over the floor. No one came to help and the chips were unsalvagable. I salvaged the 3 burgers and left the chips which went all over the floor. This was extremely frustrating and I will be taking up the complaint with McDonald's head office.

I rarely eat McDonald's nowadays as I'm not a huge fan but Wonthaggi McDonald's is great! Ordered Angus beef Burger meal and Quarter Pounder meal. We went through drive thru to order and we were told to wait in the bay for fresh hot fries. Very efficient, the food was fresh and the fries were hot and not too salty. Yum.

Usually slow but this particular morning while waiting in the drive through I noticed the attendant constantly looking at his phone between customers and not paying attention to the customer orderWhen I rolled up to the window no greeting (good morning etc ) and my order was wrong which is typical for this outletAfter he had corrected the orderI went to the pickup window only to find when I got home the order was still wrongThis store needs to do betterPerhaps more attention to paying customers and less time on social mediaVery poor service

Work going on had to park at the rear and walk to the front in the rain. Chips were limp and Luke warm. Service was fine but could have been way better.

I can’t begin to tell you how angry I am with this McDonald’s. So many time I have came home and had a wrong order in my bag or not the items such as sauce that you pay extra for. On Thursday night the manager packed my bag and couldn’t even get it right my large chips was half empty and no mc chicken sauce even though I paid extra for it. This is a manager your supposed to be more experienced and accurate then the teenage kids working there… absolutely annoyed it’s not the first time this has happened.
