Great service, CKC built a fantastic kitchen for me

We contacted Ivan at CKC Kitchens for a new pantry quote. The team member dropped by at a time that was convenient to us. The free measure and quote was received within two working days. The team listened to what I was after and the installed product exceeds our expectations. The materials match our kitchen, we are so happy with our new pantry.

The Kitchen is the focal point in our house. Spent a bit of time getting the design right with the colours. Well worth it.

We were recommended CKC by a close friend who had used them previously. Having spoken to other friends, I discovered that three others had used CKC as well and were all very happy with the results.Our kitchen was installed within a few days and it looks great. Alen and Ivan were great to deal with from the start and had no problem with the constant changes we made to the original design. They were friendly, professional and we have already recommended them to others.

Cannot fault any part of the process

Very very poor.The rangehood installation warning was covered by them and 2500 dollar rangehood was void of warrantyHad ordered an extension joinery. Which I cancelled within 24 hours . Was advised that I have to pay for board as the board order could not be cancelled. I agreed and paid for board. They said that they will deliver the board at some stage. The board was delivered after 15 months .. well ...at Dilevery I found that the board was not the one I had selected to the joinery...means they took the money and ordered the wrong board.No response after mailing and it's 7 months now...Very poor service.. would have selected an option on net I've rating , if there was a choice.

Emailed three times and never heard from them.

CKC Joinery and Stone was extremely helpful, responsive and accommodating throughout the process of providing me with a fabulous kitchen and Walk in Robes. Their attention to detail, knowledge and preparedness to spend time with me in the planning process and during construction was exemplary. Many thanks to Ivan and his team – being in my new kitchen is an absolute delight!
