Extremely disappointed with the florist,... called this morning from interstate to arrange delivery of a large bunch of flowers to my sister who just had a hospital visit. Spent $200 including $15 delivery & specifically asked for Whites, Creams & Pale Pinks, if possible a few Oriental Lillies & a Pink Protea IF they have them. Just received a photo from my sister, not 1 white, not 1 cream,... very dark moody arrangement, which was NOT what I asked for.Very disappointing small business isn't just honest & say they don't have the flowers I was after, rather than rip people off!

I ordered flowers for my daughter in law for her birthday from this florist through Interaflora and was very disappointed with what was received. I paid an extraordinary amount for what equated to twelve flowers. The arrangement was not what I ordered and inadequate. The response from both the florist and Interflora following inquires has been totally unacceptable. I will not use this florist again.

The arrangements are always so artistic and packed with beautiful, fresh flowers rather than loads of green filler.
