Service was above and beyond my expectation. they did my whole house and it was so nice to come home to. Well worth having a cleaning service! I debated on using for awhile thinking I should make time to do it myself but this is beyond my capabilities. Much appreciated.

DO NOT USE!! got an end of lease clean walls were not cleaned carpets smelt worse than they did to start with. Won't rectify an issues just keep putting the blame on me.Agent is not happy and I have to pay another cleaning company to do the job properly

I have used Polar End of Lease Cleaning Melbourne twice now for elderly clients who required deep cleans of their property after periods of neglect. On both occasions, I have found the service to be reliable, extremely professional, and well priced for pensioners. They clean to an exceptional standard. They have great communication and are very sensitive and respectful of the clients' property. will happily use again.

For examples of the extremely poor results of a $550 “general” clean, please see attached photos. **refer to comments as captioned in individual photos. FYI I was charged $550 for a general clean when I requested a deep clean, which to me is excessive since my previous cleaners charge half that price for their standard general cleans and do a significantly better job. I also found out that the cleaner was only paid $150 - i get that businesses need to make a profit but pocketing $350 (ex gst) or 70% and not actually servicing a proper deep clean as requested is truly disgusting behaviour. I would never leave a negative review on a business given how challenging the economic environment is atm, however this experience was extremely appalling and had to be shared. Please please please DO NOT book these guys!!! Or if you absolutely have to, make sure you outline and clearly specify EVERY SINGLE TASK expected because he will actually come back and say that if it wasn’t mentioned on his email then it wasn’t included in the quote, even if you pay $550 and ask for a deep clean and expect something simple like dusting/wiping down mirrors to be included as an example. Also - not our job as customers to be telling you how to do your job or explain to you what is to be included in a cleaning process… Absolutely unacceptable! DO NOT BOOK!

Polar End of Lease Cleaning did an excellent job at our house. It was a move-in cleaning and they had their work cut out for them. Very impressed with how quickly they were able to get it done and the quality of work. Would definitely recommend.

I've been really happy with Polar Cleaning . I work from home so they organised to send a team of two cleaners to blitz through the cleaning as quickly as possible.All cleaner are very sensitive about not disturbing me while I work. What's more, if one of them is off, the other one can show a replacement what to do, which saves me time. The customer services department is also very good and proactive about organising holidays etc.

POLAR made my house look amazing. I’ve never seen my tub/shower so clean! Floors nice and smooth and attention to detail in bedroom etc. I would definitely rebook with her.

I’m moving in to a condo and ordered a deep clean of the unit before I moved in any furniture or items. Mohit came to clean the unit and I could not be happier with the results. The grout in the shower went from a brownish-yellow to white again and the inside of the oven was spotless. He went above and beyond and pointed out things I hadn’t noticed and re-cleaned the counter several times as it still felt a little grimy. I’ll be recommending this service to my friends and family!

Great service and cleaning team. Mohit and his team conducted a very thorough deep clean of my house. He explained to me what he'd be doing beforehand, which I appreciated. They were also lovely to squeeze in a cleaning of a few more areas before they left. I would recommend the service.
