Stale donuts and sausage rolls gave my partner food poisoning, caramel slice tasted like it had fly spray or some sort of chemical on it and petrol is overpriced. I would rather sell my car then to by petrol from this bp again

This use to be a nice bp/ night owl. Since the Indians took over it’s shocking. They so rude. I went there to bye a $8 tub of ice cream. I have $6 worth of 50 cent pieces and 2 dollars worth of 20 cent pieces. He refused to accept this. Absolutely amazing hope there business fails!

My husband on occasions will get fuel at this petrol station. The name/description that appears on the credit card for this place is 'SJ Investments Australia'. I waste an inordinate amount of time searching for who this is when the name appears on the credit card. It appears on the card just infrequently enough for me to forget who they are the next time. I have tried to ring their contact number ( the advertised landline) to provide feedback on this matter but the number is faulty. Why can companies not use a recognizable descriptor on their merchant accounts?

What is the point in having a membership program with no benefits? I joined owlclub recently to get the everyday cheap tuesday prices but NOPE. Even though it says i am a member they still charge me the normal price and say ‘there nothing i can do because i dont want to get in trouble’ well having por customer service will get you into trouble so oh well.

I have an old car and my radiator needed a top up of coolant. They had one premixed 5L SCA coolant left on the shelf (worth $12 from SCA). When the attendant scanned the bottle, it did not register on their system, hence the attendant called their manager. I was desperate to fill the coolant to pick up my wife and son from the shops so I had to buy it. They charged me $49.95!!!! Price gouging not to mention I filled up with fuel from them as well.This cannot be put down to inflation, this was purely price gouging of a customer who was desperate.

I often go to this BP on Cavendish road. There are no paper towels outside at the pumps and haven't been for about 3 weeks. There is also no soap or paper to wipe your hands on in the toilet.
