Memory Block

The photo blocks make such a special gift I love them! The service here is amazing, they’re so friendly and helpful. The girl that helped me showed me how my picture would crop and gave suggestions as to what would work best. It was ready so fast as well!

I requested to get two seperate photos printed on two separate blocks. The first block was okay however she did not explain that during the printing process the arm of my uncle would be cut out. After a lengthy explanation of how this image was for a Christmas gift, she did allow me to reprint the image by zooming out. Mind you, she was rude and reluctant to amend the problem. However during the second block, this staff member who was already riled up by the inconvenience of printing and reprinting she exclaimed that she would not print anything until I paid. She then said if there was a problem she would “print it 100 times”. The second image was faded and unclear. Once again I explained that this was for a gift. She didn’t care. Instead she continued with her belittling of my lack of experience in this field. She was appalling in her treatment of customers. This attendant was riddle with sarcasm and was rude to all individuals involved. I have never been treated so badly at this store. According to her there were cameras in the room with a microphone attached. This was her further attempt to intimidate me and make me feel likeI was in the wrong. Ultimately she was inconsiderate and insensitive of the needs to the customer.

The lady at the Chadstone store (22/04/23) was extremely rude. I drove for almost 40 minutes to place a large order and she didn’t even have basic service sense. She walked away in the middle of the conversation to serve another customer. We waited for over 10 minutes after the customer left and she basically ignored us. Never again Chadstone store.

I love these products! The staff were super helpful with helping me choose the right size and shape for my photos too. Can't wait to add more memory blocks to my collection.

They are terrible.They zoomed in on the photos and also cropped them without us telling them to.We had to go back because we aren't happy with the outcome and they made the same mistake again.Not the best. Will not go back again.

I purchased a Lovely heart shape block of a friend's engagement day ( the couple infront of greenery). Enya troubleshooted well, ensuring the heart shape frame was totally covered with greenery using photoshop. Perfect gift sorted in 10 minutes !

Very quick and good print. Ur money doesn’t go on waste as if u look at the quality
