Sam and his team handled the renovation for my house. the house was rented out before i bought it in March this year. the house is old, the ceiling is oily, the tenant must be a heavy smoker.Sam's team re-paint the house, replaced the carpet, as well as other renovation.it is now looks much better.i really appreciate their professional and efficiency service. moreover, the price is competitive.i definitely will introduce Sam to my friends in need.
