So I had no hesitation to replacing the mat and safety mats this week as they still jump on this trampoline daily. Absolutely fantastic business. I first came to know Durable Products back in 2016, where they offered to design a customised, collapsible trampoline so I could use it in my new (smaller) back-yard. From Day 1, the team were so incredibly helpful, reasonable and invested in their products. I had some minor issues with the springs and they immediately came to fix it, no questions asked. Great new trampoline arrived this Xmas for the Grandkids. We can't keep the grandkids off it. The new one is a size upgrade from our first Durable Products trampoline that lasted over 25 years. Beautiful blue safe pads around the mat & no need for nets. Easy to clean & no build up of leaves or branches as happens with nets.

I grew up with a PROPER two-string trampoline, and that thing does not owe my parents a cent. Now with young kids of my own, I'll be buggered if they have to put up with some ugly, cheaply manufactured nylon thing that will rust through or perish in the sun after three years. So we did our research, settled on DP, and it does not disappoint. They have been endlessly helpful with specifications for our garden design, and we're thrilled with the result. As part of an outdoor furniture revival project, I asked Durable Products to make some new chair and bench seat covers for me. They turned out beautiful. Thank you for your usual outstanding service Anita and team - a job well done. PS. the background plant frames were an earlier project done by Durable also - they are strong, look fantastic and I'm sure will last for a long time. Thanks guys !
