We were at the 12 items or less checkout today at coles west.lakes and was served by a very rude checkout girl called neli.she put our shopping through then my client asked for a carton ofcigarettes rolled her eyes,my client has trouble talking,slammed them in our shopping bag,and after paying for items glared at us .if people can't be kind maybe she shouldn't be serving .people

Great supermarket, good variety of products (cleaning, vegetables, meat). The prices are good. It's not to big so is nice to go there to buy some food for home.

Just been to Coles West lakes. I was standing in the line at the checkout when the attendant was asked to finish up and put the sign out to close the line. The checkout attendant told me to go to another checkout. I spoke with the woman who told the attendant to finish up. She said that the checkout attendant had finished her shift and that I was not in the line even though she passed me to speak to her. Then walked away from me. Most of the checkouts were closed. Not having enough checkouts open is a constant theme from this store. Always filling shelves in busy times. Aisles clutted with large trollies. Never shopping there again.
