I visited on 26th of April at 19:30, the receptionist who was at shift at the time was very friendly and accomodating! (unfortunately forgot to ask her name). The massage itself was genuinely one of the best massages I've ever had :) I had a massage with Alice and the pressure was perfect, she made sure to focus on the parts I requested, and the essential oils smelled amazing. It was a 10/10 experience, definitely recommend!

Just went with my partner for the calm package. It was truly fantastic - the staff are so attentive and thorough, I can’t recommend them enough. Alice was especially wonderful - we left feeling so refreshed and all the months-long aches are gone. It’s great value, great service and a very tranquil environment. Definitely coming back next time!!

It was the end of the day and all staff came to the front and started talking among themselves when doing the treatment and that wasn't relaxing for me as I was getting leg massage. Also It felt like the massager lady was just doing my feet, it felt like feet massage rather than leg massage. All attention was needed for my calf muscle due to pain there. Later in the end she did on my calf muscle after requesting only. And then she was saying in the end that I should relax that area more. If I needed to relax it myself after work at home then why do I need to come to massage ? Isn't it your duty to do that ? Anyways average rating overall due to noise by staff. I havent tried other massages here. My booking name was Hreenka I did the massage around December I guess but it was 2 months ago from what I remember.

I went to have massages at this place many times before. My first massage in early 2022 was great, 5/5 stars. Then had a few massages throughout the year, massages were average, 3-4/5 stars. Recently, late December 2022, had a fusion massage (combination of thai and oil massage), that was disappointing, 1/5 stars. The masseuse was not massaging, she was more like rubbing oil on my skin. I asked her to give stronger massage but i didn’t notice any difference. Her hands run pass many knots but she didn’t realise, it was more of touching than massaging. With the thai stretching massage, she didn’t even know the right pull. I suspect that the girls aren’t properly trained. I recommend to the business that you get your staff trained professionally and know how to use their strength otherwise before the end of the day, they are already exhausted and can’t serve the customers properly.

I got 1 hour section here and I’m very satisfied with their great service. Their place is clean, cozy and quiet. The team members are so friendly and welcoming. They asked me which body parts I want to focus more on, this made me feel they really care about customer’s need. Strongly recommend deep tissue section, it was really strong to release my muscle pains. I especially love their essential oil, hot and good smell, the receptionist also introduced some other oil options and coconut cream, I will try next time. I wish they will have more rooms because they’re always busy, better to book 1 week ahead.

Hands down the best Thai massage experience/value for money I’ve found in Melbourne! Lovely ambience, beautifully warm and thoughtful staff, 10/10 massage technique. Claire was so wonderful!

I am from the States and every time I come to Melbourne I look forward to getting a massage here. The spa" itself is very simple and is not why I gave it 5 stars. The massage therapists are amazing. They focus on areas you ask them to and are very responsive when giving feedback on pressure. I had two knots in my traps and I literally felt the woman didn't want me to leave with those in my back. They definitely aren't just going through the motions. They understand physiology and trying to legitimately loosen up your muscles. Great place!"
