.Headphones are not working properly. I don't know how they have taken licence for students to sit for an exam here. I never got such low marks in speaking before sitting in the test at Quill Consultancy. I suggest to all do not book your PTe test in this center you will waste your time and money. This week I gave 3 times my pte test. 2 in quill and one in UTAS. In quill both time I got 50 in speaking and in utas I got 70. Now I m doing legal action to quill. Please everyone don’t waste your time and money over here in quill. If any want want prove please email me. But please don’t book your test in Quill. It’s just wasting your money. Nothing then that.

Hi guys,On Indian facebook page there were so many negative reviews about it, people are getting 80s in orther module but getting 45s in speaking, I mean the test’s cost is around 400$, it’s really unfair.Please understand the problem of everyone who gave exam at your centre.Thankyou

Quill should invest and focus more on their tech peripherals. Students work hard and put a lot of effort for the test and they losing their scores cause of these dodgy things brings bad name to the organisation. This is Hobart word of mouth matters and sorry to say Quill’s name is already going down in the market.

I was worried after seeing negative reviews about The Quill Consultancy & their accessories. Trust me, even yesterday I was determined to reschedule my test to any other centres.But, after I got my PTE result today, I was very happy. I’ve got 90 in speaking and 85 in listening. Which means, the headset I got was definitely good and I did position it at the right angle.Don’t get confuse about the old negative feedbacks.

Pathetic headphones, the invigilators don't care about there instruments to recheck before test.Headphones are not working properly. I don't know how to reply your response as it is not allowing me to have another review or reply you that's why editing my this message. I have already applied for rechecking I don't know the PTE management has reached you or not it's been two weeks now. This complaint is from other students too once they got to know I set here for my exam they straight away told me Quill Consultancy centre is not good there room is always noisy and the system can't take your voice properly because there headphones are not good at all. I have contacted PtE for rescore my Test but there is no response yet may be they haven't reached you or you have ignored the complaint. Infact the headphone has a problem how it take the right content. I just say and recommend students don't sit for their exam in Quill Consultancy at all. Hobart is so small and only two test centres are there and one of them is unreliable so sad to know this. Hope people will understand and select the right PtE test centre. I told you the examiner right after the test that I think your computer has a problem to take prober voice I had to speak so loud.and unfortunately when I checked my result my marks were completely unexpected on speaking and reading. HOpe others will understand and choose the test centre wisely .

This PTE centre is unreliable. They don't have proper headphones, which is why the score is always affected. Other PTE centers like the UTAS one is much better with better equipment.

Such a bad experience at the centre. Headphones were troublesome and the management was so uncooperative to listen to and respond to the complaints!

Few of our students who scored 90 in PTE speaking scored a lot less here.

The training provided by Luke was absolutely fantastic. Unlike most IT instructor led training where there is either a brilliant tech with poor communication skills or a brilliant trainer who is only 'one step ahead of the technology' - Quill excelled at both the technology and communication skills. Luke also was able to tailor our course so we only worked on the specific components that related to my team. Also Quill knows it's target demographic well, there was plenty of soft drink, lollies, food etc (no extra charge). I am already planning my staff's training for next year with Quill.
