Fantastic experience.

The lady was nice, but I collected my white gold necklace after they held it for TWO weeks and they hadn’t rhodium plated it because the chain was “too fine”.It has been plated before, and I took it immediately to another jeweller who said no problem it can be done this week.It’s just disappointing because I explained that it was for a special occasion, and now I can’t wear it. I shouldn’t have been so late in organising, but I think it’s their job to know what can and can’t be done in their shop, and if they can’t do it they should call you rather than hold it for so long.The two rings I had polished there came back nice. She was friendly enough that I might go back to purchase, but not for repairs.
