Experience this blissful array of nurturing and food for your body and soul. Having returned from an hour and a half of the best massage and healing treatment I have ever indulged in and I am floating on a beautiful cloud for the remainder of the day. Thank you Helen for your caring, professional and effective massage that has released tension and left me feeling wonderful and relaxed.

Breathing Space Bodywork is the place to go regardless of whether you need the world's best relaxing massage or you need a more remedial massage. Helen is so knowledgeable and experienced. She will tailor your massage to suit how you are feeling. She takes the time to get to know her clients and help them feel relaxed and pampered. I love my massages and keep going back.

Blissful and humbling experience I had thanks to Helen and the amazing massage she gave me.I had never received traditional Hawaiian KaHuna massage before and I was the best massage that I ever had. Much more than just an amazing massage..do yourself a favor and experience it for yourself.The cost is very reasonable (same as any relaxation massage in town) but you receive a very high quality treatment in a beautiful space. Helen is very qualified and skilled . She is also very kind and understanding.

If there were more stars to give, Helen would get way more than five from me! I've been seeing her for Kahuna massage for a number years now. Regardless of how I feel before a treatment I always leave feeling lighter and happier. She has a natural ability to really connect and know what you need out of a treatment. She is one of the best massage therapists I've ever been to and finding her has made a significant difference in managing my health, I don't know what I would do without her!!!

I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing both Helen for Kahuna Massage and Gary for Emmett Therapy. Both therapies have suited my bodies needs for different reasons. Gary’s work fascinates me and I immediately saw improvement with the imbalances in my body. He is knowledgeable, calm and always makes me feel supported and comfortable. Helen offers loving, nurturing care with every session. Her massages never fail to support me in feeling relaxed, grounded and nourished in every cell of my body. I highly recommend receiving care from the Breathimg Space. Helen and Gary are some of the best bodyworkers in Cairns!
