GREAT SERVICE! I have used these guys for years and have never had to wait more than a day for my order. They're super helpful with supplement advice etc. Such a great company and always supply great products.

Absolutely perfect. My order was packed and sent the same day, and delivered the next day to Tassie from Queensland (I used express). The products are extremely good quality, absolutely love them. And the customer service is perfect. Herdz is a dream to shop from, highly recommend.

Poor costumer service in-store; the lady was rude, aggressive and did not seem like she wanted me there at all. I'm really disappointed as Herdz was recommended to me by a friend but will not be returning after this.

For a shop in a smaller town it's great to see a business that could charge a premium yet still offers amazing pricing along with staff that are always friendly and still offer to help you to the car with your purchases.

Amazing customer service! Herdz were able to source me a pair of women’s Ariat boots in 24 hours. I couldn’t believe it. Another Horse and rider type store at Lawnton / Strathpine was meant to be sourcing the same boots for me and it had taken over a month. Every time I rang the store, no one knew where the boots were or what was happening. I explained this dilemma to the lovely lady at Herdz and she had them in store waiting for me within 24 hours. I couldn’t believe it. I live in Samford so I tend to visit the store rather than get delivery but I can see why people say it’s quick delivery. I see the little Herdz van at the Post Office every afternoon without fail. They really do ship quickly and look after their customers. Will be returning to Herdz for all future horse and rider requirements as first choice.

Exceptional customer service experience. I was having difficulty sourcing a particular pair of Thomas Cook boots from stores both local and interstate. Through using Google, I came across Herdz and their website indicated they had stock available. I ordered boots online Saturday, they were shipped on Monday and were received by me on Tuesday. The boots were exactly what I ordered and carefully packaged so that parcel arrived in perfect condition. Will definitely use Herdz again.

Good range of Equine products for Western and dressage riders and their horses and stables. Prices are often cheaper than buying from most places on the net or shop front businesses. Easy parking.There's only a couple of annoying things but they are minimal and probably keep some of the prices down. The shop is only a small area so not all available products are on display (but if in stock are in the warehouse out back).The other thing is there's no prices on items so you have to ask what they cost. I understand that this is probably easier for them to change prices without tags but some people would be hesitant to ask for a price too.Overall though it is definitely worth shopping here.

Popped in for a look and left with the coolest western boots I've even seen. Tam was so helpful and helped me find everything I needed. Will definitely be back!
