I feel so fortunate to work with Alicia. When I first started I was in a place of anxiety, fear, negative thought patterns and not feeling at all like the person I know I am.Through working with Alicia, I have been able to get in touch with the feelings and emotions behind my thoughts, identify my patterns and let go of those that don't serve me.I feel so much lighter, happier and clearer in my mind and body through the work we have done and couldn't recommend her services more highly, she is a beautiful person both inside and out and I love that she has made me see this about myself.

I would recommend Alicia in a heartbeat. As a result of our coaching sessions over the last 12 months, I have become the version of myself I wanted to be, even though at the beginning I wasn't even sure what I really wanted or needed. I knew something needed to change but didn't know what and where to start. Alicia created a safe space for me, and gave me the tools, the time and the right to become myself. Session after session, there were some actionable elements I could apply straight away and reflect upon, and she would always check in to see as it was progressing. I loved that she was flexible and was flexible to check in when I had big (or small) important moments.

I recently completed an 8 week Self Sabotage container with Alicia and couldn't speak highly enough of the whole experience.After joining at the last minute from a friend referral I went into this container knowing that I needed something to jolt my own journey forward and wanted to be completely open to the experience. At the end of the first session I was amazed at what resonated with me so quickly and the simple but effective tools that were shared that I was able to implement immediately. Each week I felt like I discovered bit by bit more of myself and have allowed myself to be more authentic with those around me. I have learnt the importance of living in the present moment and am now more aware of my self sabotaging behavior and how I can choose to get out of the cab instead of choosing to subscribe to the story that landed me there in the first place.Throughout the container I felt safe and supported and I now feel empowered to learn more about myself and continue working with Alicia through Emotional Freedom Techniques. I didn't want our self sabotage container to end! The sessions eack week with Alicia were the highlight of my week. Alicia offers an incredible insight into behaviours, patterns & beliefs. She provides tools to flip it all onto it's head, to truly uncover who, why & where to.I was not expecting the sessions to double as parenting advice but as Alicia often says, our children are our greatest teachers & I will be forever grateful for this insight. Filled with thought provoking questions, Alicia's sessions always left me with plenty to absorb, reflect & ponder throughout the weeks. Lots of 'ahah' moments thank you Leash! You truly have a gift. I have been working with Alicia over the past 6 months. The content she provides and the facilitation to emotional and physical wellness that she fosters is one of the most valuable investments in yourself that you can make. There is no pressure to ‘fix’ or adjust all behaviours at once.... instead she guides you through a progression of working towards your personal goals at a pace that is both effective and achievable. So much so that I have now integrated her assistance within our workplace for others to feel the benefits.I would recommend Alicia for either personal or workplace coaching as I’ve experienced both modes of delivery and how her work can assist businesses and their People. I completed the 8 week self sabotage container with a group of 8 others. I like many others knew I needed something to help me navigate through life, work and everything in-between. I was held in such a safe space with Alicia and the rest of the container. I was able to feel things that I would not have been able to otherwise.I know have a deeper understating of how I think and more importantly how I react to things and what to do when I know I'm displaying behaviours that do not serve me.I can high reccommend anyone to engage with Alicia on a one on one level or though the containers that she runs.nothing but love and good vibes xox

I had the pleasure of meeting Twigg and her business partner Ali through a program that my work invested in for the Senior Leadership Team. The program gave me the space to really dig deep and become more aware of who I am as a person and gave me a good understanding of why I take the actions I take. This had a huge impact on me personally but also in a work setting, allowing the SLT to become more vulnerable and open with each other, resulting in more productive and innovative ways of working

For years I had been making small self-led investments into growing as a person and when my path crossed with Alicia I instantly knew she was the person I would work with that could accelerate and really help all of this stuff land.Our work has made a large impact on my life, I now have clarity, direction and boundaries. Not only this but I carry with me a bunch of practical tools and practices to help me in those times where things aren’t so clear or I have fallen short on boundaries. One of the many things that Alicia has landed for me is that this work continues, there’s no check box and it's done and I am grateful that Alicia has been the one to guide me here to this place of strength and acceptance. I recently competed a 12 weeks course in Ayurveda with Alicia brown.This course was a great introduction to Ayurveda and helped me understand its teachings. I wanted to expand my learnings in this area. So this was a great way to introduce me at an entry level understanding .The course was fantastic. My experience was better than what I expected as I was able to apply to my everyday life and see the results. My limiting beliefs have been holding me back and I didn’t realise how much until I started working with Alicia.To do this work I have been able to achieve things I thought unimaginable and now, I have this new zest and excitement for life.Working with Alicia she held me accountable, she is understanding and open minded and I genuinely felt she wanted the best outcome for me. Alicia leads and teachers from the heart.
