Had to destroy about two wheelie bins of office confidential papers. I showed up without an appointment and was able to unload everything on the spot. Within less than 24 hours I received my certificate confirming my papers had been destroyed. So easy, cost was very reasonable and very quick.

Total incompetence shown by the person who was given detailed instructions as to the arrangements for the delivery of the bins.When questioned about the reasons for the instructions not being followed by the delivery person, we were basically told by her that we were lying and no such instructions were given. They had been discussed with her. Two people in this household can vouch for the instructions given by phone which she denied were given.Incidentally we do need an extra bin but will be accessing it from a more efficient organisation.

Staff at National Shredding Service were very informative & helpful from my enquiries to ordering an additional bin, arranging delivery and collection & what could /couldn’t be put in the bins. The bins were left where requested and I received a certificate confirming document destruction. The cost for this service was very very reasonable and saved hours of time personally destroying them.

This is one of the most professional companies in NSW, I have been dealing with National Document Shredding Service for over 10 years now and have never been able to fault them. They are always there for pick ups when they say they will. The Drivers are always well presented and clean. The big Greek driver with the massive mo, I think his name is Theo, but dont hold me to that. He is always happy, cracking jokes and makes me smile, nothing is too much out of the way for him. 10/10 guys keep up the good work.
