Got quoted $600 to dry clean a wedding dress. Was told by a reputable business that no one should be charging more than $350 for this particular dress. Very disappointing that this place rips people off like that. And just to clarify, no i’m not “spam”. Came in store for a quote on a dress that had a normal amount of dirt stains from a wedding day, and got told it’ll be $600. I spoke to another business with great reviews and they were disgusted that this store would even think to charge that much. Very infuriating that this business rips people off. And going by other reviews on here, you seem to have an answer for everything instead of taking accountability. Just thought I should call you out on that too. Cheers

$75 for a 2 piece suit to be dry cleaned. 3 days later I call them to ask if it's ready and they said yes. Pictures are how the items were returned to me. When I asked why they aren't clean I was told he didn't have enough time. Not sure what else to say

Leon's cleaned my wedding dress which was a sample dress. It came back with all of the stains removed and like brand new. Highly recommended!

Leon’s dry cleaning were transparent with what my garment needed - a linen dress with such delicate fabric that had stains which needed to come out. Upon collection they explained they hadn’t used a specific treatment as they wanted to check with me first considering there was risk of the garment fading. I appreciated the honesty and the considered steps they took to ensure I was a happy customer either way. Upon collection all stains were out, no fading and the dress looked brand new! Leon’s will be our go-to dry cleaners, very impressed with their service.

I dropped my nieces wedding dress off to be handcleaned as there was excessive amount of beading and the took particular care and detail to the finest measure. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

I brought a few items in about a year ago to have dry cleaned. I only just opened the bag of a formal dress I had cleaned here and was amazed to discover that I had paid $50+ dollars only for this company to completely ruin the dress. The rosette/flowers around the neck are all shredded and quite literally falling OFF the dress. Totally outrageous! Overprixed and awful. I will never go here again. I thought about going back in person and attempting to seek a refund at the very least for the cleaning but, per the other reviews, that seems like a totally pointless exercise. They run this place like an assembly line with 0 regard for the customer or the clothes.

I had my black coat dry cleaned & it cost half the price that I originally paid for the coat. When I took it out of its plastic, the coat, especially the lapels were covered in fluff. It was so fluffy, I had to leave it behind & pack an old coat to take away with me. I tried to contact them by email & facebook, unsuccessfully. Not at all what I expected for the price I was charged.

Massive big thank you to the Leon's team. I myself used reviews to ultimately decide to take my wedding dress to Leon's to be dry cleaned. Being a family run business for so long and their attention to detail from previous happy customers to bring their wedding dresses back to brand new won me over. I also decided to have it preserved in a box. Much to my surprise it gets presented in the box in such a beautiful way. They had a decent back log given Covid and all the weddings that we are all so lucky to now see through with our loved ones ---- the wait time to get my dress back was well worth it. It's a nice thought that maybe one day my daughter might like to use the same dress ❤️

Amazing service and an amazing result!! Couldn't fault a thing. I highly recommend Leons, we were thrilled with the way they dry-cleaned my daughter’s wedding dress. Will definitely be using Leons for all our drycleaning!
